The P.45 National Union of Contemporary Arts (NUCA) is an art gallery located on Dukes Boulevard in East Island City, Dukes in Grand Theft Auto IV. It is based on the P.S.1 Contemporary Art Center located in East Island City's real-life counterpart. The building is not accesible by the player however there is an accesible courtyard featuring some artworks and a large sculpture. It is featured on the website Arthrob.org.
