An Oracle in GTA IV.

The Übermacht Oracle XS (dubbed simply as the Oracle when entered) is a four-door luxury sedan in Grand Theft Auto IV. It is based on a E65 BMW 7 Series sedan, effectively taking over the Sentinel's earlier role as a similarly modelled four-door sedan (the Sentinel is redesigned as a two-door sports coupe in GTA IV).

It is central to one of Brucie's missions, "Easy as Can Be."

Description

Specifically, the Oracle resembles the E65/E66/E67/E68 of the 7 Series (2001-present). The front is based more on the E65 or pre-facelifted 7 series (2001-2008), despite the front indicators being inverted. However, the car lacks the distinctive dual grille all BMW cars have. The back is somewhat based on the E65 (2001-2005) version of the 7 series. It is also speculated that had the Sentinel not been changed to resemble an M3, the Oracle's model would be what it would resemble. The Oracle is able to achieve an decent high speed although acceleration seems to be medium at best, the cars engine is probably an V-10 or a supercharged V8. Durability is medium, owing to its luxury construction, and it has great handling.

Variants

There is a slight variant on the Oracle driven by members of the McReary Mob. It is painted dark green with front and rear bumper kits and sport mesh grill, and has been "debadged", having it's badge markings removed. These versions are located in Steinway, Dukes.

Location

  • It is somewhat rare, but is mostly found in Algonquin, near City Hall and The Exchange. Packie McReary drives a grey-coloured version of the Oracle, and Ray Boccino also drives a white Oracle.
  • It is much more common around the start of the game, appearing less so often as the game nears the end.
