The Phantom is a tractor trailer truck in Grand Theft Auto IV, manufactured by Jobuilt. Unlike the tractor trailers in Grand Theft Auto 2 and Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, the trucks in GTA IV cannot attach any of the trailers parked throughout the city. It's acceleration is awkward, meaning that it takes quite a while for it to reach it's top speed.
