Franklin walks into [[Premium Deluxe Motorsport]]'s showroom in [[Pillbox Hill]] and is spotted by [[Simeon Yetarian]], the owner, who calls on a nearby fellow employee for assistance in attacking the 'traitor' after Franklin drove a yellow [[BeeJay XL]] [[Complications|through the dealerships window while being held at gun point]]. The employee and Simeon begin shooting at Franklin who can spare them by leaving or kill them. If Franklin chooses to kill one of the employee, a second will appear from the work shop area also shooting Franklin.

Michael walks into Premium Deluxe Motorsport's showroom in Pillbox Hill and is spotted by Simeon Yetarian, the owner, who asks if he is crazy for returning after [[Complications|forcing]] Franklin to drive a yellow BeeJay XL through the dealerships window. Michael states he thought he had put Simeon out of business before chasing Simeon, who flees using another exit, while two employees begin shooting at Michael. Michael can spare them by allowing Simeon to escape and leaving the two employees or kill them.
