Special Needs Cop is a movie that is advertised in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas on the WCTR radio station. The trailer of the movie can be heard in Entertaining America. The movie involves action hero Jack Howitzer killing mentally and physically disabled children to eliminate a drug cartel inside the school.

It is possibly a parody of Arnold Schwarzenegger's 1990 film, Kindergarten Cop.
