Does anyone have any reference to this agency as being legitimate? Currently I'm entertaining the notion that it is a branch of NOOSE, unless anyone has a different opinion. Gman harmon 22:48, 15 November 2008 (UTC)

- The only reference I can find is a decal on the tail boom of the Annihilator and maybe on some NOOSE vehicles, but that's it. No other mention of it is made anywhere else. -Gman harmon 16:52, 12 January 2009 (UTC)
