The USS Numnutz is a submarine found in San Fierro in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. It is only useable via Cleo3. The USS Numnutz name is a spoof of that of the USS Nimitz - and also is pronounced numb nuts, which is slang for someone who is regarded with having below-average IQ.
