In Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, Uberto Robina is the leader of the Cubans in Vice City, and has a long-running rift with the Haitians.

Some members of his gang are suspicious to his loyalty, as he doesn't do any of the dirty work himself.

He also appears to be shown on the cover of Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories, perhaps indicating his presence in the game.
