Under the Radar is a trophy/achievement in Grand Theft Auto IV. It is not story related, so it can be missed while playing the game.
Acquisition
You acquire this trophy when you've flown under every one of the fourteen main bridges of Liberty City with a helicopter. When one has been flown under, the others will be marked on the map for a few seconds. If you are unsure which ones you need to fly under - check the map in the pause screen during these seconds. To do this without getting wanted, you must have unlocked all islands.
