The Vice City Lighthouse is a lighthouse located in the south end of Ocean Beach, Vice City in both 1984, and 1986. In it's first appearance it is a standard lighthouse with an interior. The interior was just a spiral staircase stretching from the ground to the roof. There is also a door in the middle of the tower. In it's second rendition, there is no real difference other than it being inaccessible to the player.

- One rampage: On the slope of the beach a little north of the lighthouse.

- Skimmer: Next to the small dock east of the lighthouse. Automatically starts Crims on Water Wings.
- Sanchez: In the grass adjacent to the staircase. Automatically starts Land Sea and Air Ace.
