Are The Diablos in GTA IV?

After playing GTA IV and Chinatown Wars I saw alot of refrences of The Diablos such as Diablo's leader El Burro in Chinatown Wars,The similarities of Diablos and Spanish Lords like They both have the same logo,they are both Puerto Rican,etc.So my guess is The Spanish Lords might be The Diablos.Why would El Burro still be doing in Liberty City if the Diablos were all destroyed and new gangs started coming in,thats probably because they weren't destroyed were probably refred to as "The Spanish Lords".What do you GTA fans think?-User:BloodyGTA

El Burro's one of your dealers in Chinatown Wars. He's located in Spanish Lords territory. And maybe the game art of him on the GTAIV trailer was a memorial like the grafitti for Hernan that across the street from Niko's Bohan apartment.User:TommygunAl
