Jeff Castaneda (also credited as Jeff Casteneda) is a video game production and public relations team member who is credited as a production team member for Grand Theft Auto III and Grand Theft Auto Advance. He is also credited in the 'Special Thanks' section in Grand Theft Auto 2.
