Lisa Ortiz

Lisa Ortiz (born on December 11, 1974 in New York) is an American actress and voice actress who voiced a commercial announcer in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City. She has also provided voices for animated shows Pokémon and Yu-Gi-Oh! among others.
