Luis is a character that appears in the HD Universe appearing in Grand Theft Auto V and Grand Theft Auto Online. Luis is a randomly generated member of the Los Santos Vagos and does not have a permanent character skin.
Luis will appear as one of the random Vagos during any possible gun battles with them in Grand Theft Auto V and Grand Theft Auto Online. While in a gunfight if Michael De Santa, Franklin Clinton, Trevor Phillips, or the GTA Online Protagonist kill specific members, other members will call out things such as "Luis is down!" "Luis is hit!" or "They got Luis!"
Considering the character's presence is only made known after his death, Luis will always end up deceased.
