Philip Anthony-Rodriguez is an actor and voice actor who voiced Maurice Chavez, host of Pressing Issues on Vice City Public Radio, in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City and Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories. He has also appeared in the television series The Secret Life of the American Teenager.
