Richard Chang

Richard Chang (born Tuck Seng Chang) is an actor and voice actor who voiced Su Xi Mu in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. He has also appeared in The Warriors, another Rockstar Games video game, and the television series Kidnapped.
