| Perestroika is a Russian owned cabaret club in the Hove Beach district of Broker, Liberty City in Grand Theft Auto IV. It was owned by the late Mikhail Faustin. Niko can visit the club on a date or as an activity with a friend. The comedy acts there are much poorer in humor than those of Split Sides, though there are some interesting acts. | At night, the club is guarded by two gangsters who search guests before they enter (except the player). Depending on how far in the game the player has got the guards will react in one of two ways. If the player hasn't completed The Master and the Molotov mission, the guards will welcome them. However after this mission is completed, the guards will warn you to stay away and then attack the player. If, however, accompanied by a friend (whilst the player is doing an activity for his friend), the guard will let them in, despite the mission completion of The Master And The Molotov. If you take Roman there after the mission Crime & Punishment, he is uncomfortable and says it must be where Faustin hangs out when he isn't holding hostages in his basement and shooting them. After completing The Master and the Molotov, he tells Niko it's a shame Faustin is dead because the place is going to pot.
| | The club's interior includes various rooms that serve several purposes in-game. The main feature of the club is its dining area, bar and open space (presumably used as a dance floor) fronted by a stage, where the club's acts are performed. The backstage of the club is accessible from a door to the left of the stage, connecting to the perfomer's dressing room, a QUB3D video arcade game, and a backlot of the club which leads up to the club's roof. |

| |The Incredible Kleinman
| |
| |A magician who entertains the audience by cheating death, with his "lovely assistant" Laurel, who he implies is his ex-lover.
| |
|
| |
|
| He is seen in many acts but fails each stunt as he gets either seriously injured or apparently killed like getting stabbed inside the black box and set on fire by Laurel, shot through the head by a Pistol, his left hand nearly severed with a guillotine, and cut in half by a table saw. He even "accidentally" stabbed his assistant by throwing a knife into her shoulder. He claims he was distracted by the thought of "that filthy stagehand [his assistant was] trolloping with." When his first act shown, a levitation stunt, went wrong, he claims to have accidentally turned her quadrapeligic. (The announcer tries to calm the audience, saying he's "sure she's only parapeligic.")

| His "cheating death" acts did not go very well as the audience becomes frightened. It is unknown how he keeps performing acts even after fatal accidents, or how his assistant does after she was paralyzed.

| |Bluesy St. John
| |
| |Southern blues singer who sings about being abused as a child, having a sex change, loosing her baby child to aliens (even though she claims to of had a sex change) and a variety of other personal problems. Though it is not much of an entertainment, many audience members finds this female singer amusing and quite attractive.

| |"Catch"
| |
| |An ordinary juggler dressed in a jester costume with varying, yet ordinary juggling acts, like juggling knives and solid concrete blocks (in blue), against a medieval backdrop. Despite lacking anything outstanding, Catch will still be applauded by the audience as he closes his act.

| |
| |Dusty Cowpoke
| |
| |A performance artist who jumps and rolls around mimicking the movements of a cowboy in a shootout, and uses his hands that acts like a Revolver. The theme of this show takes place in a western-style desert with a classical country music. The audience disliked his performance, most likely because his entertainment is much less appealing, and is the only act the audience will boo at. He is only seen in the first act in the game, as well as an introductory cutscene for "Final Destination".
| |
|
| |
|
| If you listen closely to the music Dusty is preforming to, you will notice it is the exact same music hear from the Redwood Cigarettes commercial heard on the radio stations in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas.
| | Perestroika hosts a total of four different acts, of which two will be feature each time a player comes to watch its show. The sequence of acts are repeated after six visits. |
