-I think [[Eugene Reaper]] might be in [[The Ballad of Gay Tony]] because he is in the [[Three Leaf Clover]] mission which has [[Luis Fernando Lopez]]. Also a lot of backstory in [[GTA IV]] was thrown in about him. He played football in high school and he is a Liberty City Gun Club member. Also he is in the mission cutscene [[Wrong is Right]] so he might work for United Liberty Paper.
