Carl Johnson helps Maccer, Kent Paul and Ken Rosenberg escape from the grasp of Salvatore Leone. Maccer is later seen in [[Madd Dogg|Madd Dogg’s]] [[Madd Dogg's Crib|home]] and later announces he wants breast implants.
