Only the clubhouse exterior is visible in GTA IV and a wooden fence blocks off the driveway to the west. In The Lost and Damned, however, the club's interactivity is significantly expanded and is more detailed as the episode centers around [[Johnny Klebitz]] and The Lost's activities. Accessible after the mission "[[Clean and Serene]]", the club is depicted to have four floors (the upper two have no practical use except as a path to the roof; presumably the inaccessible rooms are private rooms/sleeping areas for other club members), as well as entrances at the side (accessible due to the aforementioned wooden fence being removed in the DLC) and at the front of the clubhouse. A parking space primarily intended for bikes is added outside, which Johnny may use to store vehicles.

* In the stand alone disc version of [[Episodes from Liberty City]], the [[Television]] in the Clubhouse only has two views, distant behind Johnny, and from Johnny's point of view. In the Complete Edition, a close-up view is added filling the whole screen with Johnny's TV screen. For some reason, however, the resolution of the TV image is much lower on the Lost's TV than in any of the GTA IV safehouses.

* Aside from the various weapons and vehicles that spawn as a result of completing side missions, a [[Hexer]] identical to the so-called "one of a kind" bike Johnny has at the start, regularly spawns in the driveway just outside the front door.
* The dancers (there are several different models that appear at random) generally perform late at night. A hint for getting a better view of their performances is to select the camera option on the phone, which provides a closer first-person view.
