'''Ran Fa Li''', also known as '''Farlie''' and '''Mr. Farlie''', is a character in the [[Grand Theft Auto]] series who appears as a minor character in [[Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas]] (set in [[1992]]). He is the [[Gang Leaders|leader]] of the [[Red Gecko Tong]] and Shuk Foo of the [[San Fierro Triads|Triads]]. He does not speak, merely grunting, but is voiced by [[Hunter Platin]], who has also voiced [[Phil Cassidy]] (in [[Grand Theft Auto III]]), [[Curly Bob]], [[Chico]], [[Rico]] and [[The Psycho]].
