Having looked at this article, I do not believe it should be a featured article. There are better articles on here than this one. The descriptions for each of the cities are inadequate and for the Liberty City entry, for example, little is mentioned about the actual renditions of the city. It's just a broad description covering three renditions. The mentioned locations needs expanding also. I also believe that references should be added, at the very least for the mentioned locations section.
