'''Tim''' is a fictional character mentioned on various radio stations in [[Grand Theft Auto: Vice City]] and on the [[West Coast Talk Radio|WCTR]] show Entertaining America in [[Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas]]. Tim is the main character of the films [[Exploder]], [[Exploder: Evacuator Part II]] and [[Special Needs Cop]]. He is played by [[Jack Howitzer]]. In the Exploder films Tim kills a number of Cambodians and in the films Special Needs Cop becomes a school teacher. The role of Tim in the Exploder films has a lasting effect on Howitzer, who believes that he experienced the events of the film.
