The '''Washington Ave Parking Lot''' is a multistory parking lot in [[Washington Beach]], [[Vice City in GTA III Era|Vice City]], where [[Tommy Vercetti]] meets [[Lance Vance]] for the mission [[Guardian Angels]]. It is right across the [[Collar & Cuffs]], west of the [[Ocean View Hotel]]. Numerous random cars spawn here. The [[Stallion]] on the top floor can be entered to start the [[Cone Crazy]] side mission. A [[Unique Stunt Jumps|unique stunt jump]] and a [[Rampages|rampage]] is located here.
