Stalked in GTA IV

I have been stalked by a orange Dukes no matter were i go. Does anyone know why. Is Dukes just a very popular car in Liberty City???

Is it the same person driving it, and the same car every time? The Dukes is a pretty common car, but I've only seen a handful of orange ones before.
