Sunshine Apartments

Sunshine Apartments is a low-income low rise apartment building in Little Seoul. The residents are predominately Korean with a sizable amount of Mexicans residing in the building. It is located between Vespucci Blvd and San Andreas Ave right across the street from the Dream Towers residential building.
