Rename proposal

The page name should just be National Guard, since we're dealing with four different branches: Liberty State National Guard (GTA III, LCS), Florida National Guard (GTA VC, VCS), and San Andreas National Guard (GTA SA). In reality, each state's National Guard branch bears the state's name and is under the state's governor's command, not US Federal command (even though they can be Federalized for overseas deployment).
