This is a screenshot of a business from Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas - a copyrighted video game developed and published by Rockstar Games.

On Grand Theft Wiki, it is believed that the use of web-resolution screenshots, for identification and critical commentary on the game in question or the copyrighted characters or items depicted on the screenshot, qualifies as fair use under Copyright law, as such display does not significantly impede the right of the copyright holder to sell the copyrighted material, is not being used to generate profit in this context, and presents ideas that cannot be exhibited otherwise.

This is a copyright/fair-use notice template, not a content or navigation template. It is placed on the file description page of a screenshot depicting a business from Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, and displays the standard rationale for using a copyrighted screenshot under fair use.

Usage

Place on a File: page, with no parameters:

What it does

• Displays a boilerplate fair-use notice box (with the GTA San Andreas box art) explaining why the screenshot qualifies as fair use, linking to Grand Theft Wiki:Copyright.
• If placed on a page in the File: namespace, automatically adds the page to Category:Businesses in GTA San Andreas.
• Always adds Category:Copyright (via a <noinclude> block) to the template page itself.

Do not use this template outside of GTA San Andreas business screenshot file pages — it hardcodes the game name and box art in its text.
