The show broadcasts on CNT (although some billboards claim MeTV) and features people travelling to foreign countries to have cosmetic surgery performed on them. Some of the operations include leg-lengthening in Mongolia, backside implants in Somalia and a second penis in Tijuana, Mexico. Tony McTony, after the mission Father/Son is completed, bleets that rumours suggesting he will appear to have his legs lengthened are false.
