Fernando Martinez is a libertine that is the video games Grand Theft Auto III, Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, and Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories. In GTA III, he creates a program called Fernando's New Beginnings, where husbands are found suitable mistresses. In GTA: VC, he teaches people to fall in love and to be sexually unbridled. In GTA: SA, he is a radio guest on the West Coast Talk Radio station.
