Acter is a town in Alderney in Grand Theft Auto IV. It is located north of Tudor and south of Berchem. Presumably, it gives its name to the Acter Industrial Park.
It is notable for being the home base of The Lost and the hometown of most of the gang's members; it is featured prominently in The Lost and Damned. It is also the birthplace of Johnny Klebitz.
