Timur is one of Ray Bulgarin's henchmen. He appears in The Ballad of Gay Tony and assisted Luis Fernando Lopez in certain missions given to him by Ray.
Role in The Ballad of Gay Tony
Timur is Rodislav Bulgarin's right hand man and can play the guitar. When Luis Lopez begins working for Ray, Timur accompanies Luis with Ray on his first job and as a chopper pilot when he is tasked with raiding the MeTV building. In the last mission, Timur is killed by Luis after the heroin shipment he was supervising was destroyed.
