Baygor is a member of the Epsilon Program and a minor character appearing in Grand Theft Auto V as a random encounter. He can be found in Rockford Hills, near Vangelico's Fine Jewelry, sharing information about Epsilon with passers-by. After talking to him, the player is informed that one can visit the Epsilon website on the in-game internet.
