The Kaufman Cab is a taxi based on the Cabbie, which is run by the Kaufman Cabs company in Little Haiti. It is 100kg lighter than the Cabbie, which is run by Vice City Cabs, and this helps it to accelerate a bit faster. However, they still have the same top speed.
