This house is owned by former Grove Street Families member Mark "B-Dup" Wayne, leaving his former residence at an apartment in Ganton after the Grove Street Families were disbanded in the mission Green Sabre. This house is used as a hub to sell crack to the neighborhood. The interior of the house is only seen once during a cutscene for the mission Beat Down on B-Dup. The house is not normally accessible but can be accessed through the use of cheats or modifications.
