This is the final mission given by Francis McReary. It is triggered by a call. He will arrange a spot to meet, head up there. He will tell you that Derrick has angered him in Ireland, now he has to deal with him here! Go to the building and Derrick will call saying that Francis is on the lookout for him.

Skip the boring call. Francis will call as well, giving you instructions. Skip that call too. Head to the front of the building and climb the wood. Head over to the far elevator that's used to clean the windows. Control it to the roof and draw your sniper. Head to the marker.

You have a choice: kill Francis or Derrick McReary. You will see a scene of Derrick and Francis nicely talking to each other. Aim your sniper rifle at the park bench and quickly decide who to kill. Aim at their head and shoot. You can also aim at their body but that will require two shots and they might run away.

Get off the building.

-This is the final mission given by [[Francis McReary]]. During the cutscene, Francis tells [[Niko Bellic|Niko]] that he has to kill his brother [[Derrick McReary|Derrick]]. He says he is having a meeting with him on a bench in the park. A bit later Derrick calls and asks Niko to watch over the meeting. When Niko arrives, he has the choice of killing Francis or Derrick. The choice will affect the next mission, [[Undertaker]], in both dialogue and where the dead brother is buried. If you kill Derrick you'll receive the ability to clear your wanted level up to three stars (until the end of the main story), $10,000 ($20,000 if you call Francis from the roof) and if you kill Francis you'll receive nothing though the rest of the McRearys won't take Francis's death as hard as Derrick's
