The Borgnine is a taxi that is available on Grand Theft Auto III and Grand Theft Auto Advance which is only available to the player after a mandatory requirement of 100 completed taxi fares. The Borgnine is a modified Cabbie, with bloody spikes in the front of the car, and topped off with the weight of a large bus. The Borgnine's handling is far superior to that of the car it's based on.
