Christopher Shannon Penn (October 10, 1965 – January 24, 2006) was an American film actor who has appeared in movies such as Reservoir Dogs and All the Right Moves. He voiced C.R.A.S.H. officer Eddie Pulaski in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas.
He died of heart disease exacerbated by prescription drugs in 2006.
