Forums → GTA → Eugene Reaper in BOGT?

I think Eugene Reaper might be in The Ballad of Gay Tony because he is in the Three Leaf Clover mission which has Luis Fernando Lopez. Also a lot of backstory in GTA IV was thrown in about him. He played football in high school and he is a Liberty City Gun Club member. Also he is in the mission cutscene Wrong is Right so he might work for United Liberty Paper.

Any thoughts?

Am I seriously the only person who believes that two more DLCs are coming after BOGT is released? Anyhow there is probably going to be a DLC centered around U.L. Paper that'll explain more about Reaper, but it isn't this one man. User:TommygunAl

I don't know how I didn't make this connection earlier. If Karen and Eugene both work for ULCP, that means Eugene is to Luis what Karen was to Niko. An agent disguised as a friend to get dirt on criminals. This could be why Eugene and Luis are at the bank. They were doing a regular errand when the McReary Mob came in and killed Eugene for trying to be a hero. It makes so much sense now. User:PackieVercetti
