Eugene Reaper in BOGT?
I think Eugene Reaper might be in The Ballad of Gay Tony because he is in the Three Leaf Clover mission which has Luis Fernando Lopez. Also a lot of backstory in GTA IV was thrown in about him. He played football in high school and he is a Liberty City Gun Club member. Also he is in the mission cutscene Wrong is Right so he might work for United Liberty Paper.
Any thoughts?

Am I seriously the only person who believes that two more DLCs are coming after BOGT is released? Anyhow there is probably going to be a DLC centered around U.L. Paper that'll explain more about Reaper, but it isn't this one man.
