The building also holds the office of attorney [[Ken Rosenberg]], the namesake of the law firm [[K. Rosenberg & Co.]], in GTA Vice City; the player—incarnated as the protagonist, [[Tommy Vercetti]], starts out in the game at an alleyway next to the building, and makes numerous visits to the building solely to meet his associate Rosenberg.
