The Liberty City Terrorist was a gang that was dropped during the develepment of Grand Theft Auto III. They were likely led by Darkel and one of the members were possibly Curtly, two other deleted characters. Their motive was to bring down the economy in Liberty City. The dropped gang was later mentioned in Grand Theft Auto IV by both Roman Bellic and United Liberty Paper as they were causing a threat to Liberty City.
