Liberty City Terrorist

The Liberty City Terrorist was a gang that was dropped during the develepment of Grand Theft Auto III,while unsure why it is widely beleived it is due to 9/11 Terrorist Attacks.They were probably led by Darkel and one of the members were possibly Curtly,two other deleted characters.There motive was to knock down the economy in Liberty City.There missions were mainly terrorist-like missions such as setting pedestrians on fire,blowing up a Mr. Whoopee ice cream truck and Liberty City High School,and destroying the Love Media building with Donald Love in it.The dropped gang was later mentioned in Grand Theft Auto IV by both Roman Bellic and United Liberty Paper as they were causing threat to Liberty City.
