Mr. Wong is a character from the Grand Theft Auto series whose name can be seen on a store sign in Grand Theft Auto III and Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories.
Mr. Wong owns Mr. Wong's Laundromat in Chinatown, Portland Island, Liberty City and is presumably a member of the Triads.
