The National Union of Contemporary Arts (NUCA) is an art gallery in Grand Theft Auto IV located on Dukes Boulevard in East Island City, Dukes. It is based on the P.S.1 Contemporary Art Center located in East Island City's real-life counterpart. The building is not accessible by the player, however there is an accessible courtyard featuring several artworks by Bao and a large sculpture. NUCA is featured on artthrob.org.

The use of P.45 is a play on the British termination-of-employment form P45, the equivalent of America's pink slip, implying that the artists have no real jobs.

Trivia

  • A flying rat is located on a wall in the courtyard.
