Palomino Creek Bank
The Palomino Creek Bank is a bank, obviously located in Palomino Creek, Red County in San Andreas. In a robbery mission for Catalina, one of the targets is this store. It is suggested that Catalina and Carl Johnson steal $20,000 from the bank as the player receives $10,000 and CJ and Catalina always split the money. As Mentioned on the games website it mentions "This bank has been robbed so many times, now they do not even bother with security" indicating that the bank gets robbed frequently.
