Pegorino Family
The Pegorino Family, led by Don James 'Jimmy the Peg' Pegorino, is not one of Liberty City's five families and is considered a smaller Mafia outfit, which Jimmy wants to change.
Other key members of the family include Capo Ray Boccino and associate Phil Bell. This family is primarily based in Alderney.

- Anthony Corrado, 28, personal bodyguard of Jimmy Pegorino. Agreed to 'flip' and testify against Pegorino. Had a heart attack but survived. Eventually killed by Niko Bellic in Flatline.
- John Barbosa, 25, aka "Johnny Spaz", associate.Killed in a shootout at Middle Park
- Joseph DiLeo, 27, aka "Joe Tuna", associate.Shot dead in a portable toilet.
