Luca Silvestri is a character in the HD Universe who appears as a minor character in Grand Theft Auto IV. He is voiced by Robert Kelly.
Character history
Luca Silvestri was born in Alderney City, Alderney in 1978 and later became an associate of the Pegorino Family. He was arrested in 1993 for hijacking, in 1995 for armed robbery and in 1997 for manslaughter. By 2008, he had become close friends and begun working with Johnny Barbosa and Joseph DiLeo, other Pegorino associates, as waste collectors. Their Pegorino contact, Ray Boccino, has them collect garbage bags filled with diamonds to avoid detection from rival gangs and the authorities with the help of Niko Bellic. Silvestri, Barbosa and DiLeo decide to keep the diamonds for themselves and plan to move to Las Venturas.
After discovering their betrayal, Boccino sends Niko to locate and retrieve the diamonds. Niko goes to their last known location and becomes involved in a car chase. The trio crash while driving in Middle Park and Niko begins to chase Silvestri. Niko corners Silvestri, who had been hiding in a bathroom stall, and kills him after breaking down the door. Niko also kills Barbosa and DiLeo before informing Boccino who tells Niko that he did not want the three to die.

- Despite what many people think, Silvestri does not share a voice actor with Joseph Kaplan. Silvestri is voiced by Robert Kelly while Kaplan is voiced by Jim Norton. The two have appeared together many times on the Opie & Anthony radio show, where the similarity in their voices has been noted.
