Phil's Shooting range is a side mission in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories, located at Phil's Depot. As the name implies, it is a shooting range to give the player practice with manually aimed weapons. Like the shooting range in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, it can be very difficult due to the limitations of the analog stick or D-pad of the PlayStation Portable and PlayStation 2 consoles being used as the manual aim.
The shooting range has five rounds. Once the rounds are complete, Vic will get a discount for all weapons in the shops. The rounds have to be completed in a single try; if the player fails or quits, they will have to start from the begining.
