The unborn child of Roman Bellic and Mallorie Bardas, and niece/nephew to Niko Bellic, has a different gender and name depending on which ending is played in Grand Theft Auto IV.

In the deal ending, they have a son whose name is yet known. Roman is killed by an assassin who was sent by Dimitri Rascalov to assassinate Niko Bellic, but a stray bullet had killed Roman instead. After "A Revenger's Tragedy," Mallorie Bardas will phone Niko saying that she is pregnant with a boy. Niko then says the baby will never have to worry about anything. Mallorie replies saying that the baby will struggle without a father.

In the revenge ending, the gender of the baby is unknown. After "Out of Commission," Niko will receive a call from Roman talking about the baby. If the baby is a girl, they would name her Kate Bellic, after Niko Bellic's girlfriend Kate McReary who was killed by Jimmy Pegorino's attempt to assassinate Niko. She is only mentioned in one mission, Mr and Mrs Bellic. After the mission, Roman Bellic will phone Niko and say that he is sorry for the events of the wedding and if their baby is a girl, they will call her Kate after Kate McReary.
